To see the list of images

docker images

To see the list of running containers

docker ps

To see the list of all containers (both running and stopped containers)

docker ps -a

Remove(Delete) Image

docker rmi image_name

Remove(Delete) container

docker rm container_name

Start and Stop Docker containers

docker start container

docker stop container

Stop all the containers at one command

docker stop $(docker ps -a -q)

Run docker command without sudo

If you need to run docker command without sudo, then you need to add your user into docker group. Create the docker group. $ sudo groupadd docker Add your user to the docker group. $ sudo usermod -aG
